Brian Grossman

Consulting Focus – Brian specializes in strategic planning, designing and implementing research and evaluation methodologies, collaborative brand planning, and operational support implementing innovative strategies.

Background – Hailing from a consumer packaged goods background (running the iconic Wheaties brand at General Mills), he has over two decades of experience as an executive in the sports & entertainment industry at Madison Square Garden (SVP Marketing for NY Knicks), XM Radio (VP Content Marketing), and as co-founder and CEO of a data-driven mobile gaming platform. He is a graduate of Harvard University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Andrew Schwartz

Consulting Focus – Andrew specializes in experiential partnerships, programming, and commercial strategy collaborating with CEOs, brand managers, real estate developers, and venue operators to design integrated strategies that align customer needs with physical spaces, leveraging dynamic programming and branded experiences, to create vibrant environments.

Background – With 24 years of experience across professional sports leagues and teams, broadcast rights holders, and real estate development, Schwartz has extensive expertise in operating venues, managing strategic marketing partnerships, creating and executing advertising campaigns, and planning large-scale events. Schwartz’s career has been highlighted with roles at notable organizations such as Major League Baseball, Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment, SiriusXM, and Howard Hughes Holdings. In his personal time, Schwartz has dedicated the past two decades to youth sports as a USA Hockey CEP Level 4 Coach. Schwartz has coached both able-bodied and disabled youth hockey players ages 7-18 and has had his passion for advancing the agendas for disabled youth hockey players recognized by the National Hockey League.

Karen Doyle Grossman

Consulting Focus Karen has been an evaluation and research consultant for nonprofits and social enterprise clients, including the Aspen Institute, Bixal, MaineHealth, and the Leadership Development Group. Karen also designs and conducts seminars and training sessions as an Action Learning Coach, an Intercultural Development Inventory administrator, a Certified Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner, and is an executive coach for non-profit leaders.

Background – Karen has a successful career as an non-profit executive including as executive director of the Garrison Institute and at World Teach where she evaluated and revamped volunteer K-12 teaching programs in 18 countries. She also served as global head of operations at SIY Global and was the founding Vice President, Social Innovations at Mercy Corps, a $450 million international organization operating in 41 countries. She was awarded the Jack Mezirow Living Theory of Transformative Learning Award for her research as a doctoral student in Adult Learning and Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University
